Atrocious customer service ! The staff are aloof and distance and do not acknowledge your presence. They seem to think they're doing you a favor when answering your questions and quickly walk away to chat with themselves !

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have to this time. The customer service here is terrible. The staff are very rude and unfriendly. I hate going to this store, but it’s the closest option to my house. Every time I visit, I make a purchase, yet I always feel unwelcome. The employees often stand around talking to each other, and I feel awkward interrupting them to ask a question. When they do respond, they answer quickly and walk away. Today, I tried to mention my experience to the cashier while paying, but she completely ignored me as if she didn’t hear me. My neighbor told me the same thing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sayraliz this morning, and she was absolutely incredible. Being my first time, I had lots of questions and she responded to every one of them knowledgeably. It was indeed an absolute delight meeting her and shopping here.

The store associate Shy (probably not how you spell) was amazing! She helped me immensely with my face and what it needed makeup wise to not look so dull in these winter months. I really appreciated someone that walks me through makeup especially when I’m not very well versed.

I enjoyed going to this Sephora! Queen Bee helped me out, she was so kind and fun. I was able to find and purchase the right product that matched my color and preferences. She also showed me various other skin care options. She was fun and had a great attitude! I appreciated her service!

I moved to this neighborhood and this is my go-to Sephora. The employees were helpful but the vibe in this store is really weird. Everyone working here looks tired and depressed. Don’t know whether it is a management issue or what. Just went there again and bought couple of stuffs and no one smiled at me at all. Ehhhhh not coming again.

Terrible attitude towards customers. Don't even think on paying with cash, they will be rude with you. It's unbelievable that they don't have change. They made it look like they were doing me a favor.

I've been here 3 times now and Jackie has always made it worth the trip driving there and paying for the parking. I'm new to makeup and she not only helped me choose the right color and product from different brands, she also showed me how to apply products that make them work for me. Never once did she show impatience and is always super encouraging. Thank you Jackie!!
