I paid $20 for gas, but the pump was not working and I never received any gas. The employee checked the pump himself and confirmed it wasn’t working, but only refunded me $13.16. I also asked to speak with the manager and even called for help, but the manager was unavailable. Very disappointing and unfair experience.
