Nice people here. They had a problem with their machine processing my order and were kind enough to give me extra bacon on my bagel.

Local cafe with a charming small college town shop vibes.Over the past few months, I've stopped by a few times to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and a latte. The shop occupies a fairly small space with about ten tables inside and a couple more on the sidewalk. It's usually quite busy, but since they don't offer free WiFi, not many people linger to study or work, so getting a table is fairly easy. The breakfast sandwiches I tried here were quite good. While they don't offer croissants as a bread option, both the sourdough and bagel choices were solid. The regular breakfast sandwiches were almost mini slider-sized, and although the deluxe option was slightly larger, it still felt small for the price. This, I suppose, could be attributed to the "Harvard Premium”.Nevertheless, for a laid-back cafe experience near Harvard, Simon Coffee does the job well. Parking is somewhat easier to find compared to the main Harvard Square area, so it’s also a convenient spot for a quick bite. If you're in the area, I recommend checking them out.Parking: Mass Ave Paid Street Parking

Usually much better experience here than I just had. I ordered two BLTs on sourdough, and I was made one BLT on whole grain. After I said this and it was confirmed that that is what I ordered, the guy was clearly upset. I come home to find out that not only did he give me the BLT on whole grain which he knew I did not order, but the BLT on sourdough he made after was clearly made much worse on purpose - way too much tomato, only one piece of bacon for the whole sandwich, no mayo, bread not toasted. I had the other sandwich right there to compare, which made it so obvious. Really disappointing.

Great food! And perfectly balanced drinks. Best mocha in Cambridge by far. Super kind folks. And a cozy atmosphere.

I came to this place two times and after the last one I don’t think I’ll go back. It’s a small cozy place, but it’s hard to get in since it’s always pretty packed. The last time I went, the business manager started to make sure we knew they were closing soon by removing chairs, turn off the music and cleaning the table that we were still using, all of this before closing time. When he stood by me expecting for me to empty my coffee cup it made me feel very upset. I let him know that I was still finishing my coffee and he was very rude.

Cozy coffee shop with great coffee, friendly batistas, and nice baked goods. Haven't tried the sandwiches yet but heard they are good.

First time I’d been to this cafe -all food served on disposable plates, that you need to clear & put in trash…I didn’t know, and got ‘instructed’ to do so when I got up to leave. Could have done without the attitude first thing in the morning….pretty rude & arrogant. Won’t be back.

The cookies are delicious, chewy, and large. Well, I only had the toffee one, but I throughly enjoyed it. Service is friendly. It's a narrow space and always packed when I've been in.

Bagel was okay but they gave me just a tiny smear of cream cheese when I paid for it. It was a 4$ bagel and I felt soooooooo ripped off ?

Great spot with nice staff. Quiet and relaxing vibe...(no sound track ??)>Avocado toast, should be on toasted bread tho, no?... Good news: sour dough was nice and greens were fresh>Yogurt and granola cup- nice, not too sweet, touch of honey in plain yogurt, but fairly light on the fruit>Bagel with CC, there was about teaspoon of CC on it...really?

I came here to grab coffee on a Saturday morning around 9am. The cashier was super nice and patient with me while I figured out what to get. I picked up hot coffee, a Gibraltar (cortado), and a maple oat scone. The coffee was good, and the scone was the perfect fall snack. I'm a little hesitant to order them because they can be quite dry, but it was fresh and cakey. The cortado had cooled off and the foam had separated by the time I got it; perhaps it had been sitting behind the bar for a while? Oh well-- c'est la vie. The inside of the cafe is super cozy and it would be the perfect place to curl up with a good book.
