So I was doing some window shopping for something soccer related and the lady in the store told me that she didn't want to waste my time if wasn't buying anything. That's an example of bad customer service. I am glad that I won't ever have to visit this store again, due the poor customer service I received at this store. How they are still business is beyond hilarious to me.

My husband ordered a sweatshirt for me. I then washed it in cold as recommended, well it bled and stained the entire sweatshirt. My husband contacted the company and they refused to take it back or send a new one. Shady company! Made in China! Do not buy from them! Proud to be from Boston but, not proud of a shady Boston company unwilling to make it right.

Randy clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. They charge 10 cents for bags because it's Cambridge law now. It's been like that with every store at the mall- I don't know what he's complaining about. And it's even more sad that he's too cheap to give up 10 mere cents :( Anyways- overall, a great store, great customer service and great selection of sports apparel and souvenirs that you can't find anywhere else in Boston!
