I would not suggest going into any T-Mobile store, since they don't seem to know what the R15 sim is, and want to charge you $10 + tax to upgrade your deprecated sim.Considering how incredible T-Force is, I'd suggest you message T-Mobile directly using social media such as Facebook or Twitter. The team at T-Force (the name for T-Mobile's social media customer support team) is significantly more helpful and polite than in-store representatives.Thank you, T-Force!T-Mobile representatives at this location: I don't appreciate you acting like I'm asking some absurd question when I ask for the upgraded R15 sim. It's not an absurd question; your new sim says "R15" directly on it. That's why I asked for a new R15 sim.We pay your company thousands of dollars. Providing a new R15 sim should be a given, not something for which you try to extort and additional $10 out of me.

I rarely write reviews, but this time, I feel compelled to express my heartfelt gratitude to Roy for his exceptional service. His professionalism, patience, and friendliness made my experience truly pleasant. I had many questions, and he skillfully addressed each one, providing clear and effective solutions. Even when I encountered issues with my cellphone unrelated to T-Mobile but rather with Apple, he went above and beyond to resolve them. I've seldom encountered such a level of dedication and problem-solving at other carriers.What impressed me even more was his steadfast loyalty when talking about T-Mobile. It's quite rare to find in an employee, and I couldn't help but think that T-Mobile is very fortunate to have someone as dedicated as Roy on their team.

Shoutout to Roy who went on the most frustrating journey with me to keep my original number after my family switched from a different provider to T Mobile. Great customer service at this store! Makes me happy that we made the switch! Shoutout to Rubin as well for helping with my issues. I’m glad that y’all have these great employees who make customer experience 5/5!

David Romero and Persia were fantastic at transferring my service from another company and providing me the most suitable plan. They informed me of where I could save money and which promotions/add ons the most sense for what I was looking for. The service each time I went in and telephonically were very friendly, timely and efficient. They really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

The person that was helping me was disrespectful and unprofessional. I could not get his name. Before I asked for help, he looked and made it clear to the customer that he did not want to assist them. The ladies working were nice, but they were busy helping other people, so I did not have the chance to be helped by them.

As a tourist, I popped into their shop for a sim card. I dealt with Miguel, who was super friendly and relaxed. He had me sorted out with my new number in about 3 minutesBravo !!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in the US. The new lady who had just started working three days ago was incredibly nice and apologetic about my issue. The manager was incredibly rude, patronising and condescending. She kept insisting there was nothing she could do after I'd been charged twice for a prepaid service that didn't even work. She insisted it was a problem with my bank, and when she eventually realised it wasn't, there wasn't so much as a sorry. Awfully rude and incompetent manager. However, the other staff were nice - hope they get promoted up the ladder soon.

I have been a T mobile customer for 2 years now. This morning I walked into the store asking if I could charge my phone for a minute as it had suddenly died. Lady infront with curly hair and an extremely rude disposition rolls her eyes and says, we only have chargers for sale. In fact we have no power outlets. I couldn’t help but ask where staff and employees charge their devices to which she replied. “We being them charged”. So here is a store where no one’s device is allowed to die and here are folks who have never had a device die on them. I don’t think it would have costed her a pay check to say something slightly more polite like it’s store policy to not help others etc. I wondered how they ran a store with that attitude. Now that I see google reviews, I can see how. At least learn to lie better.

The service at this store today was excellent. John was amiable and took time to make sure I got my new phone totally set up. Charles was also a great employee. Both were personable and made the wait time fun. My phone seems to be working well. I am happy with my experience at this store.
