The guy I had to talk to at T-Mobile was the RUDEST person I have ever met! He has ZERO idea how to treat and communicate with customers properly, and he has obviously not been trained at all. His attitude was simply TERRIBLE, and he can only repeat the same thing like a robot. But surprisingly, he was claiming himself as a "professional" and said that he has been working for 10 years. I was like... HOW? What kind of place would keep a staff member like this guy for 10 years? I was simply surprised. Yes, that's T-Mobile. A couple months ago, I switched my carrier to T-Mobile after being offered a deal by a different staff member at this place. However, it turned out to be a MISTAKE. So, I went to discuss this mistakenly offered deal at the store, and one of the staff members told me to come back to the lady who made the mistake in the first place to retrieve some offer. When I went to the store again, she wasn’t there. Instead, this RUDE staff unfortunately took care of my case. He kept saying, "We all make mistakes, and there is NOTHING we can do about it. I am not arguing with this right now because other customers are also waiting." WAIT, WHAT?? Is this guy even a staff member? He continuously justified their mistake and carelessness without sincere apologies. What kind of staff member would behave like that? DO NOT GO THERE. Every staff member says a different thing, and NOBODY has a decent idea. You will never know what is true and what is a mistake because even the staff members don't know.

I worked with Naiad, and she was pleasant from the start. We were able to laugh allot with my time being spent there. She worked hard to fulfill my needs of why I was in that store the other day. She even offered me a chair to sit down, and my reply was "Get that chair away, Im not old and dead yet" lol. She smiled the whole time. This is what customer service is about. And there was another guy there that assisted her and I appreciate him too. Even the assistant manager, I did not get her name, but she was good too. I like this store and the staff is real friendly and cool. I always like coming to this particular location. Thank you to you all. Big Up Naiad!!!!

Just spoke to Mr Gonzalez and he was very rude very unprofessional and yell at me and didn't let let me talk.All about him how long he worked there and hang up on me. Unacceptable I need an apology from T mobile. I can't believe they hire Ignorant unprofessional person. I should give -ZERO. Not even 1 ? he doesn't deserve it.

Lack of professionalism in store. Over 5 employees who several hide in the back to avoid helping customers. Massive disconnect between in store representatives words and online customer care. Went in for a jump upgrade, was told it could be done but online, and for seven days now, I got a phone that was sent as stolen, had to ship it back, hours of waiting for representatives, speaking to managers and only to be told that my service will be interrupted and I can not do the upgrade. Stay away from t-mobile. Multiple chat logs to prove this.

You have to learn how to be professional and efficient.I waited an hour to return a phone. After an hour you tell me that you cannot help despite the email from T-Mobile to return it in store. Come on !!Customer service in store is as bad as online.T-Mobile? Never more.

Incredibly poor experience today. I bought my phone back in March and got the phone screen protector along with it as the employee told me that I could come in at any time and get it replaced if it cracks, no extra cost. Today, I went to go do that. They then told me I don't have the correct insurance to get that done, instead I have to go through the brand of screen protector itself and register the product and request one that way, a very time consuming process I didn't sign up for. There was no accountability taken for the fact I was told the wrong information when I bought the product and that the employee at the time of purchase clearly put it in the system wrong. There were no efforts to fix these mistakes in the system. The employee today was speaking to me in a condescending way and was not helpful whatsoever in helping me locate the old receipt or figure out how to do this process.

My 89 year old friend was having trouble with an iphone with a dim screen. He thought the battery was gonzo. I brought the phone in today August 10.After a 5 minute wait a tall Black man took over the phone and solved the problem in less than a minute. The battery was ok. There was no charge.

I went out of my way to support this location but two months after upgrading my phone with them I am still running into issues I’m having to resolve months after the fact. My sales person came off as charismatic but ultimately was shady and driven by her own commission goals and neglected to share key details with me about the sales transaction. I traded in an older iPhone at the store’s suggestion and now I’m learning from T-mobile customer support that there was no trade in promotion at the time that I was eligible for which is why my bill has not been adjusted. Of course, the store accepted the phone I traded in despite this so now I am paying more per month than planned and am without the iPhone I went in to the location with. All of this to stay, shop elsewhere. If you’ve done business here call t-mobile to confirm the transaction was as described in store. This is really unethical and bad for business. I’d give zero stars if I could.

incompetent staff who have attitude problems and are seemingly unaware of when management will be present in the shop. I was told to come back the next day when a manager would be present to help me- nope. Returned the next day on to be told that there's never a manager there on that day. The staff member who told me there would be a manager the previous day was standing right there. They need to train their staff better at this location. I went to a different T-Mobile store in Waltham and had no problem.

I was not having the best day after my older phone suddenly stopped working. Fearing the worst, I found my way to this T-Mobile store in Fresh Pond. Although I wasn't in the best state, or able to really explain what had happened to my phone, the staff were overly kind and managed to fix the issue within minutes. I didn't know T-Mobile staff could fix panic attacks, and the team working this morning/afternoon (4/12/23) deserve some kind of commendation for their efforts.With appreciation,Grant

I walked in for help with changing my phone plan and was assisted by a very patient employee, Evie. She helped me find a suitable plan and even introduced me to added savings as I qualified for the First Net plan for first responders.
