Seems to be an unpopular opinion, but I genuinely love this target location. It’s small, but has all the basics, which makes shopping fast.
The staff have always been warm, and genuinely helpful people.

Evidently they can't be bothered to offer restroom to customers.

Target sucks

So low stocked, without the option to ship to store, I almost never find what I need here. Having everything locked up downstairs makes the shopping experience even worse.

So many things are locked up now. I'll shop elsewhere since it's inconvenient to wait for someone with a key to come let me get Advil or something from a case.

For one visiting from a rural part of this great country, boy was I blown away by how small this was for a target, even with the 2nd floor. I guess it works for city living.

Genuinely insane the amount of stuff this target has locked up. I tried ri do a normal shopping run and it took four times as long as usual, and eventually I just gave up and went to get my stuff somewhere else. People cannot be shoplifting enough to justify the amount they lose in sales.

No point calling they won’t even check if they have the item your looking for they will make you drive 30 mins out to find out for your self

Not worth the trip . Parking sucks . Two floors but no elevator if u have a cart and need something you’d have to carry it up to the second floor. Everything on the first floor for hygiene is basically locked . I waited ten minutes for deodorant just to realize there was no one to help on the first floor. Store is also mostly self checkout. It’s rare to see more than a couple cashiers open and if so they’re on the second floor .

Better use the restroom at home. Most places in Boston refuse or don't have restroom usage to customers.

Conveniently located and reasonably stocked, but they started locking up EVERYTHING. I've seen anti-theft tags on five dollar items. I'm not going to grab an employee every time I need an item, and will definitely be shopping here a lot less.

The changes this target has made are awful. The layout is nonintuitive, getting rid of the clothes was a major loss, and locking everything up but seemingly decreasing staffing has made shopping here a painful experience. I feel bad for the employees.

They took out pretty much all clothing items with no notice. I get that it’s a smaller store, but it was nice to be able to at least buy essentials. Super disappointing.

They lock up essential items with not enough staff to unlock them in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - like the star market nearby or cvs.
