My wife and I live close by. I love everything about this corner store except the service. For instance, I just now bought some some goods, and the clerk walked over, never greeted me or made eye contact, or told me how much it was. I handed him cash, he made change, and never said thank you or any word what so ever. He just walked away. As I walked out, I said “Thanks for the friendly service.” Sadly, next time, I’ll probably just go to the grocery store down the street.

So glad to have a corner store in my neighborhood - and it’s a good one! Epic beer and wine selection and frequent tastings. Beautiful dichotomy of old school 40oz and lottery ticket bodega, and gourmet snacks & craft beer. Dog friendly and always treats !

Neighborhood gem with a great community vibe! Amazing variety. Tasty muffins!They even have liquid dish soap & laundry soap in bulk! Bring your own container for a refill, and avoid plastic waste. Just a couple of the countless thoughtful aspects of this super friendly, family owned small business!

Corner convenience store that's dog friendly with a wide variety of items and good service.They have deli sandwiches, fresh fruit, juice, chips, batteries, laundry soap, and more. it's clean and well organized. The cashier Xavier was super friendly and helpful!

I love this place. the Thistle & Shamrock really brighten the neighborhood during that dreadful 2020 year of COVID- and on-going. They stayed courageously open while providing a very interesting array of products, some not so easy to find, like green coffee and a great selection of dairy and alternative dairy, and chocolates. A very dog-friendly place & the staff always plays interesting music too. Well done !
