Pro: rush service early
Con: sewed a completely different button onto my suit after giving clear instructions on where the extra button was. My suit now has an imprint of a button as a result of ironing my suit with the extra button still in the pocket.

This place is hit or miss…mostly miss, but I keep trying because it is around the corner from my house. (I’ve gone about 8 times over the past year with a few items each time.) Half the time when I bring my stuff to get cleaned, it comes back exactly as I dropped it off: NOT CLEAN even when the spot is something very easy to get out. Then, I’ll take the same item to another dry cleaner and they will have no issue cleaning the exact same item. Not worth the trouble when I can’t depend on the item coming back clean…

Love this place. Switched after other dry cleaners in the area didn’t do a great job. It’s a bit of a hike for me, but I take them all my nice stuff and anything that might have a stain on it. They’re very communicative also.

I have been going to top cleaners for over 10 years. For the first time, they tore a shirt. They then denied doing damage - saying that I gave them the blouse damaged. Yet there was a new cleaning tag in the blouse as you can see. I also asked for a shirt to be repaired, and instead of making a linear seam in parallel with the lines on the shirt; they did a horrible job stitching, damaging the shirt more. They charged me for the shirt repair. Photos below. I tried to give them feedback, and they responded with gaslighting. This is not a place that values their long term customers or is receptive to feedback if there's issues.

My wife recently had her dress and a shirt dry washed over here. The shirt still has a big stain in the front. The dress now has 4-5 extra black stains on it. I think I will not come again.

There was a stain on my suit trouser when I got it back. The leg ironing wasn’t symmetrical and stopped below the front pocket on one leg and went up to the waist on the other.Also they iron my shirts button which destroyed them (half melted). It happened on the two shirts I gave them.I do not recommend this place for dry cleaning as it is the worst I have ever been too.Service: Ironing

Amazing experience. Not only did they clean a suit for a very reasonable price ($17 dollars in early 2023), but they also did a great job sewing buttons to a leather jacket from the 80s. Staff is really nice, and work pretty fast. 100% recommended.

I got pizza grease on a leather suede jacket and they did an amazing job cleaning it. Also the woman that is there is awesome very nice and helpful and made me have no worries about cleaning it
