Oliver was a great help! The system was having technical difficulties with my booking and he assisted be with patience and kindness. He also made my return of the vehicle flawless. His customer service won me over!

This location is a testament to good people and great service! We came here on a busy morning and Felix was great at getting us a vehicle and going above and beyond in explaining how to refuel it, insurance, and the return procedure. I don't remember whether Felix was a manager or not, but I truly hope that such people get into management and teach the same values that they exhibit to their team.
The return process was also smooth and quick, we were provided with the final receipt within 5 minutes of driving in with the truck! Truly, these guys work really hard to provide the customer with a good experience.
This is my 3rd Uhaul this month (don't ask why) and I can say this for sure that none of the other UHaul location came close to their level of service and conduct. 10 on 10, would recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT RETURN YOUR VEHICLE AFTER HOURS HERE!! this was the worst part of my moving experience by far. not only did they not provide even remotely helpful instructions, but they make you park your van on the street. i had to look for a spot for 30 minutes 10 minute walk away from the facility and when i got to drop off the key, i had to walk all the way back to the van to take LIVE photos. wouldn’t that be a helpful thing to list in the initial instructions?? or how about have a PARKING LOT for your VANS?? oh well, that must be too much to ask for. will never be renting from here again and perhaps never from uhaul in my life. unhelpful, unorganized, and generally atrocious.

At the busiest time of the year for moving, these guys were incredibly helpful and maintained a great customer service attitude. Felix in particular made it a great and stress-free rental experience for me. Will definitely come back here for future moves.

The team was efficient, but could use a little more time to listen to and answer customer questions. The truck I received had a right turn signal that wasn’t functional and the right side mirror control wasn’t working either. Besides those small, but important factors, I would definitely come back to the location for another rental.
