Nothing fancy, but conveniently located and gets the job done. You can easily fit packages that are in bags, but the maximum size for boxes is 16" x 13" x 3". The drop box is located inside the building, not in the parking area with the cars. The door to get inside is directly to the left of the loading zone.

Full most of the time and can’t even fit a small box in there. The driver is either too early or too late for the pick ups. Awful service!

Thanks to all of your reviews I was able to find the box and drop off my package. It is not in the parking garage! It is next to it in a door off the loading bay. I have attached pictures. Very difficult to find but I was determined.

My 5x5x5inch package doesn’t fit in this dropbox, went somewhere else. But it is a very convenient place for small envelope/package.

Hard time finding the box as it's inside near the elevators. Then the box was locked and surrounded by packages. Went somewhere else

Very kind and patient office employees. Put up with my distressed father when he couldn't find the car and walked him through the parking garage to help him find it. Great service, even if it's on the pricier side.
