I came with my package and QR code and they wouldn't accept it because I asked for some tape to seal it. I was told I had to purchase a roll of tape and he wouldn’t do it for me, even though the packing tape was right next to him. I’ve been returning packages at another location for years and have never been turned away because of some tape. I have been told they wont seal it for me so they hand me the roll to do it myself but to turn me away completely is ridiculous. He then walked away in the middle of helping another customer because he said “corporate” was calling him on his cell phone. If it really was corporate, I would’ve loved to tell them about the terrible service I received here. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again!

Tu Do has been amazing!!!! I have had heavy returns from Amazon (four AC units). They were very difficult to carry and pack and Tu Do and his team really made the difference. I will highly recommend this UPS branch purely because of Tu Do! He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and just amazing. I was struggling with the products and he even met me outside with a cart to help. Come to this branch!!!!

Really impressed with how friendly the staff was. Forgot a lithium ion label and they had one ready for me no charge.
Very friendly and even helped me carry my packages. Have been to other UPS locations that employees would quite literally shame me for bringing “too many” parcels in. The bar might be on the floor, but these guys were awesome. thank you!

I want to highly commend Mr. Tu and his UPS store for a job he did packing up a very valuable early painting of mine, researching cheaper shipping methods and in the end doing a remarkable job packing and shipping the painting to Berkeley, Ca. First of all it ARRIVED EARLY. Secondly, It was so well protected it took me half an hour to unpack it and the painting was in perfect condition. But more than a great job, I find Mr. Tu a great man, kind, friendly and a master of his craft. If you're anywhere in the Boston/Cambridge area and need shipping, contact him and you'll never go wrong.

I’m very impressed with courtesy and professionalism here! New ownership is doing a fantastic job making things easy and efficient.
Case in point: I recently gave my driver’s license for package pickup ID, then left it behind accidentally. They took the time to come to my address in Cambridge and drop the card in my mailbox with a note.

Not helpful. You’d think the store would read the frequent reviews about obnoxious behaviors like refusal to tape a box shut without a charge. But they either don’t read them or don’t care.
Come on, guys. People are not one-time transactions. They are long term customers and humans. And you can be marginally helpful without trying to squeeze a few bucks out of them.
