I went to get a money order. The weird clerk that looks either Chinese or Filipino asked me for my driver's license, I was paying with my debit card.Not only that he stared for 5 minutes. Like memorizing my ID . If my identity gets stolen; I know where to look. Sketchy.....

My local post office! I love the grandiosity of the old building and the marble. The workers are nice and helpful when I drop off packages or have questions. Sometimes there’s a little line but it generally moves quickly.

They leave a slip to pick up the signature required package without checking if you are home. If you go grab it on the same day they will tell you it is not here and the postman has to bring it back.

This is my local post office and I am always pleased with the service I get here.
Just remember, they are understaffed and trying to do the best they can giving all the circumstances that are going on with the post office in general.

ZERO, I called customer service who confirmed receiving my medical package on March 8 today is March 10 and I did not receive or take my medicine for 2 days. I went to this location to pick up my medicine they refused to give it to me saying that we don’t have it then said they have it but can’t look for it between the packages!! And I have to Waite until it’s delivered. I am sick with no medicine for 2 days I have a 14 hours flight noon which I will miss waiting for my medicine while the post office supervisor refused to look for my package and give it to me!! She has time to put her heavy faked eyelashes and walk around doing nothing and treat customers badly but no time to help a customer in an emergency situation. Please be a wear that she said the post office has no business with what the customer service say, and no business with the dealt and no customer can pickup his package so we have do separate uncooperative people working for the same company one of them is A liar. Shame to have such a service under our government supervision.

Today February 20th no one is at the window and there’s a line of 11 people who been waiting patiently for an hour. They are so understaffed, it’s unfortunate.

I make a point to go during weekday afternoons so maybe I miss rush periods, but this is my preferred USPS location due to the consistently quick and excellent service :) There is one young woman in particular who always has an extremely kind attitude! Appreciate it very much
