zero stars. thieves, on Dec 18 i sent 4000$ to my family through western union in this store and western refunded that money. when I back to picked it up from the store the manager said we only refund 300$ I had to call western and spent more than a 100$ on Uber running from here to there to get my money back and resend to my family on Christmases time. no store refunded me. all said sorry you have to pick your money from Walgreens since they toke this money from you, and by logic yes that's true. I filled a complain and The answer came after days saying that Walgreens refund 300$ only. today is Dec 27 and my family spent a sad Christmases with no money and my money on hold cant refund it from anywhere. I regret dealing with Walgreens. never back to do shopping from them. Walgreens take your money in 5 minutes and when you want to refund your money you have to spend more money, suffer from a sad mood for weeks and still don't get your money back. if you have no control over western union you must not take peoples money and blocked it. now I understand why 50% of Walgreens locked for ever in USA and the rest will be locked soon if you continue treat your customers like that. shame on you.

There was a bleach blonde Hispanic lady working yesterday. She was rude and her expressions in her attitude was nasty.
All I did was tell her this was the incorrect price that was rang up and she got so nasty. I left the stuff on the counter and walked out.
Change your attitude or change your job.
I should have read all the one-star reviews prior to me going in there. I ended up going to CVS across the street and had a very pleasant experience

All of my visits to this store have been quick but pleasant. I went in looking to purchase a Green Apple or Blue Raspberry BeatBox, but unfortunately did not find any. I highly recommend this store look into adding these products to their aisles!

So I’m waiting for an employee to assist me on getting a body wash which they are secured and locked so I alert them by pressing the button that notifies the employees for assistance. Waited for a good amount of time until I seen three employees huddled up and ask them to assist me…where one of them tells me to press the button for assistance which was weird cause they were all there so I ask one of them why can’t their coworkers help and one of them goes “you don’t understand? Press button” smh worst customer service I have encountered in any Walgreens. So unprofessional and hope they all end up unemployed soon

Horrible customer service. I heard the two cashiers in the front having a loud conversation and one of the women working there admitted to punching her daughter in the face. And she said it loud and proud and its none of my business but when i checked out with this woman she had the nastiest attitude and was so rude. If it werent for those two women i wouldve thought this was a good decent walgreens, but they made it soooo ghetto the way they were so loud talking about their personal lives and mentioning disturbing details too. Very bad energy, never shopping here again.

This location is incredibly unorganized, undertrained and unprofessional. All the prices on the sales floor are wrong and the employees refuse to honor their pricing accuracy guarantee. Walgreens has had to pay out settlements for this shady practice and unethical behavior in the past so it doesn’t surprise me. Tired of coming here and being falsely advertised a misleading price. Learn how to do your job and stop deceiving your customers.To customers, I highly suggest you go to the CVS across the street. Unlike Walgreens, that CVS has never tried to scam in all the times I’ve been there.

Checkouts and photo booths are never staffed. Told me they didn't have envelopes for my christmas cards when I ordered them, and didn't seem to understand what I meant by "envelopes" when I tried to describe them. Staff was cursing under their breath the entire time I was working with them. Phones were ringing and left unanswered. This place sucks.

I’ve never left a negative review but do not get your passport photo taken here— the worker was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She left after I pointed out a concern about the way the photos were being cut (my face off to one side instead of being centered) and she tried to resolve it after I explained what my concern was multiple times. Then, she insisted that there was nothing that could be done because I needed 2 copies of the photo (which isn’t true, you only need 1 copy for a passport application). She left while I was mid-sentence and said she “had other things to do”

10/21/2023, approximately 10PM:The manager, Carlos, yelled at me and refused to honor my Walgreens Cash Rewards, gave me false information that I must spend $40 in order to access my Walgreens Cash Rewards, and verbally abused me.Walgreens, I suggest you run an investigation into this location's manager, and especially review the security footage of the register during this evening.You will likely find that this manager ruins your brand reputation.
