Horrible!! 3 rd time I’ve had to stop there and every time it’s the same ridiculous experience. Staff is so disconnected and ZERO customer service.

On a Friday evening, waited in line to get a bag of cough drops. Nobody at three the cash registers for ten minutes or so; the three parties in front of me in line left. Finally a guy came to check me out. After the system refused to process a credit card twice, I gave him 6 dollars in cash for $5.30 worth of cough drops. My Lyft car was pulling up in front of the store, so I told him "I have to go - can I just leave the cash with you and take the cough drops?" He gave me the cash back and told me to leave the drops.

I went to this location to pick up my prescriptions, which showed to be ready since yesterday on the Walgreens App. I was using a prescription discount card, which I had told them at time of check out and had the card pulled up on my phone when I was called to the counter. The pharmacist kept sliding other patients meds under the barcode scanner while the person at the register was trying to enter the codes. She did this 2-3 times during the transaction, which took 20 minutes total. For my second prescription, I provided the discount code and she responded what? $49 isn't good enough?" Then when they handed me my meds, I saw the city, state, and zip code were incorrect. I pointed that out and asked them to change it, stating I had never lived in that city and state and it must have been messed up by them scanning multiple other people's meds on my profile. I politely asked they change it back to my correct address. The pharmacist then said "it's 7:15. We close at 7." I explained I know that, but my address wasn't incorrect the last time I filled prescriptions, and I'm not adding a new address, but requesting they fix the erroneous address I've never lived at that was never on my profile until today. After 20 minutes I left with my 2 meds and hopefully the correct address in their system. The 20 minutes doesn't include waiting in line time. It's only the time I stood at the pharmacy counter after being called for my turn. It was definitely more of a headache than it was worth getting my meds filled here. The location I normally used closed permanently, and this is my first experience here. But underwhelmed is an understatement.

I have been having trouble for months getting two of my much needed prescriptions filled. My Dr. Switched them here. Allison didn't have a problem filling either one. Today was my second time without a problem. The other Walgreens, two of them that I used to use was nothing but lied to because of their own incompetence. I can't say enough about Allison except she is the best pharmacist ever!

One of the their staff member was very rude to me and didn't respond properly when I requested him to make some corrections to the bill. Never going back to this store!

I had a somewhat complicated situation, and yet the Walgreens pharmacy got the job done with professionalism and a smile. I don't know what I would have done without them. They're awesome

Allison in the pharmacy is amazing. She's helpful and friendly when picking up prescriptions and is amazing at giving vaccine shots, including to my kids. I literally never write yelp reviews but every time I interact with her I feel like I want to let everyone know how great she is (particularly because it seems like she has a really hard job).

I visited Walgreens to pick up medication at the pharmacy department, whose staff is so kind and always willing to help. For this reason, I have to rate my visit a 2/10 for their appreciable service. My frustration is due to the price of the deodorant I also bought at the same time. I only realized on my digital receipt that the deodorant (NATIVE Lilac & White Tea) cost me $18.99 while it is advertised to cost $13.99 on this exact store's website. Selling items that do not reflect the publicized price is a deplorable farce and jacking up a price by close to half its value is simply a scam and a disastrous business practice. I feel clowned by this bent foolery and it certainly leaves me wondering what other perverse systems this brand relies on to be capitally ranked the second-leading institution in this pharmaceutical distribution industry. I gave CS a call and the representative told me that sometimes prices go up and they don't make them; in brief, she couldn't do anything for me. Please see the pictures of the website's price vs the store-paid price.

Very good Wallgreens. I switched my prescriptions to here, from CVS and the cost savings astounded me....Very good service at the pharmacy, almost no wait, not even for Covid booster, shingles, flu shots....I definitely recommend this place

Unlike some of the large Walgreens in suburbia, this one is more of a urban neighborhood pharmacy that still has a lot of the different departments like groceries, health and beauty, paper goods, etc. The inside of the store was a bit smaller than some of the other ones I have been to, but the staff putting stuff on the shelves and the lady at the register, were all very pleasant and friendly. I got some stuff for the condo and I paid using my rewards number. I had a few digital coupons and offers that I took advantage of. Good deal...
