And clean stores can’t go wrong with Whole Foods. I’ve been on the pricey side, but if you have Amazon prime, you do get a discount.

As always, it's overpriced and crowded with Amazon workers.

This location is usually exceptionally clean and well-stocked with great looking produce. I love most things about shopping at this location and the high prices can typically be justified. My one major complaint is that on a handful of occasions I observed more than one deli worker not maintaining good safety practices handling raw meats. On the first instance I watched the deli worker handle my order and then wrap my packaging (touching the outsides) with the same pair of gloves on. I am usually not the one to want to talk to a manager, and do not intend to get anyone in trouble, but I do feel this practice needs to be improved, so I spoke to their safety manager about this incident. He assured me that their practice is to remove gloves after handling raw meat, and to wrap the package in their bare hands, which sounds all good. I saw him speak to the deli workers shortly afterwards as well. However, during another trip around a week later, I saw a different deli worker making the same mistakes. I watched the deli worker handle orders of multiple customers, touching various different kinds of raw meats, touch the outside packaging with soaking meat-juice gloves, and carry on.I have concerns about raw meat-borne diseases being spread in this manner, as after a customer touches the contaminated packaging, they could be contracting or spreading illnesses to other sections of the store as well.

Good store, good people…horrible fish. It is unconscionable how a good market, so close to major fishing ports at Boston, Gloucester and New Bedford, can consistently put out fish that is far from fresh. Almost every year I purchase local fish hoping for change - it hasn’t. Purchased Atlantic Cod yesterday that ended up being smelly and upset my stomach. My dog wouldn’t even go near it. The sushi section (on the opposite side of the store) puts out a good product. I don’t get it.

There clam chowder is quiet delicious and have an amazon return section. I know pretty random but its a big spot where you could easily spend hundreds of dollars but if youre hungry and around the clam chowder pretty spectacular.

The whole foods team here needs to pull it together when it comes to hot and salad bars. This is usually a very crowded whole foods with many people picking up lunch and dinner. However the service is subpar, especially when compared to other whole foods markets.Hot bar meals are frequently empty and/or lacking. Soups are dry. And all of this, at a very early hour during the day. When I ask the team if they would bring out more food, the answer is always no.

Overcharged. As a weekly wholefoods shopper, I experienced a terrible customer service, though this is not the first time I have been over charged at this store. This wholefoods I bought regular organic pears but charged me me for organic Asian pears that they didn't even have at the store at the time. I did not notice the overcharge until I got home, and I called the store immediately as I noticed it to complain. After BLAMING ME for not noticing at check out the manager (or whoever I spoke to) reluctantly provided me a refund over the phone of the difference in price. But Mass law states that if there is a discrepancy between the price on the shelf and the price it rings up then the item should be free or 10 dollars deducted from the price of the item is over 10 dollars. Manager tried to claim this law did not apply because it was a "cashier mistake" rather than a scanning error. After more conversation, the manager said he would offer a refund anyway.... but wait.... Oh while I could get the partial refund over the phone the system would "not accept" the additional full refund and I would have to go through the trouble to come back to the store to get the full refund. Again terrible customer service!

I love the good quality and store cleanliness. Lots of personnel to assist too. One suggestion: provide produce bags that are compostable as we all need to separate our compost from our trash now.

We shopped at this Whole Foods location today. They have a great selection and helpful staff. Just one little thing that I didn’t like. I bought some grapefruit and I thought the sign said $1.79 each but at the checkout I learned it $1.79 a pound which raises cost.In all my years of buying grapefruit I have never seen a market charge by the pound.

Pay your employees to work. Don't expect them to come in to work for next to nothing and keep coming in... This store is horribly understaffed. Translates to a terrible customer experience .

I had an awful experience in this store today, where two employees with a palate full of watermelons ran, full speed, into my trolley. I was wedged between two aisles and they definitely saw me, but made no attempt to take a moment so that we could pass or to even slow down. They collided with my trolley which cracked painfully onto my shin and knocked me backwards.I understand accidents can happen so this could account for the collision, but what made this particularly bad was their response: they just stood there, looking at me angrily and doing nothing at all to help, until I gathered myself and moved out of the way. This was all right in front of everyone else in the store and I just had to limp away in full view of other customers. Nobody did anything to help, they didn't apologise or ask if I was OK at all, they didn't show the least concern. A few moments later they were just unloading melons like nothing had happened. Some of the staff in this store are absolutely bloody terrible. They seem to regard customers as obstacles to be shoved aside.I would never recommend coming here, particularly if you're in any way vulnerable. You could be badly hurt.

Excellent variety of fresh foods and pastries. Very crowded and loud but self checkout moved quickly.
