“My experience with Shamilah Perryman at the West Roxbury facility was above and beyond for customer service and help. She was professional and compassionate to my concerns and helped me out as much as she could. I definitely would like for her to be recognized as an essential employee that would be an asset to any team. With knowing the answers to questions and if not exactly sure was able to get back to me quickly with an answer. I’ve kept that location as a storage facility for years moving between units and yes the prices have increased a lot but that is not the employees fault. They try to work with you however best they can. The facility overall and staff is awesome!”

Antonio R and Christopher L were LOVELY super super helpful Antonio went above and beyond to help us answer questions and get set up, vehicle was in great condition they did a really thorough check before we drove off. Would 100% rent from them again!”
