Completely incompetent.
I retired 10 years ago and never received a statement or dividends. I inquired and they entered the wrong address and would do nothing to fix the error.

I am going to guess the only 5 star reviews of this company have been written by their agents. It has taken me 5 weeks to have a stock certificate replaced, they have cashed the check for the replacement bond and the stock replacement will take another 7 to 10 business days. Pathetic customer service, pathetic performance.
