Incompetent. No communication amongst their own staff. Apparently no notes are ever taken or passed along. You wait for ever for them to call you back because they don't understand why your Internet isn't working. This place needs better workers

Can i give zero STARS!??? Horrible customer service. Entire hotel’s internet is down since 4 days their technician came to check and said one part is bad it will take them two weeks to get the part in. I ordered the same part from amazon in a day and replaced it with the bad part still the problem is not solved… horrible... read full comment

Absolutely the worst provider when it comes to wifi support and phone systems for properties. Customer service is absolutely terrible and if I could I would give negative stars!
