This CVS provides great service and outstanding customer care. The pharmacy offers outstanding help. The store manager is awesome, a hard worker who keeps her cool, greets customers, and asks if they need help finding products. The staff are always so helpful and provide great service. They are very helpful, kind, and super nice, ensuring customers leave with a good feeling. Employees are patient and professional, offering wonderful customer interaction. They go out of their way to help find items and handle special orders quickly. The overall impression is one of fantastic and professional service.
Whats wrong with this cvs branch!!! I hate this cvs in canton!!! All rude and grumpy!!! The manager is rude too!!! Ughhh

The store is clean and organized, but the female associate that checked my friend and I out was very rude towards us, a different customer, and one of her own coworkers. She was impatient, practically yelled at the other patron asking where shampoo is in the store, and had a bad attitude the entire time we were in the store.

The wait time is dreadful and forget about trying to call to speak to someone in the pharmacy, even worse. I don't know why insurance companies want you to use CVS.
