“I found a stunning 14k gold ring here for an unbeatable price. The silver rings were also unique and beautiful - I wanted them all!! For comparison, I spent last week scanning thousands of rings in Brimfield, yet this store’s collection stood out more to me than anything I saw at the fair. The women working the counter were so warm and welcoming. Many many beautiful pieces in the store that I wanted to take home! They do a wonderful job curating their finds. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home or jewelry item. I’m so happy to have discovered this place! I will be back.”

“Last time we went to a mattress firm, we had dealt with a pushy salesman. To be expected, but he kept pushing towards models that were out of our price range, so our expectations were not the greatest. However, when we visited this location, Hunter was awesome. He listened to us, showing us mattresses that would meet our needs and also accommodate our budget. He was able to give customer feedback and advice on certain models when we ask questions. The best part was we were originally looking at memory foam, but when trying it out and that underwhelmed our expectations, Hunter was able to point us in the direction of another type of mattress that suited our needs better. Hunter changed our minds and we ordered our new mattress and box spring directly from him. If you're looking for a solid representative, visits the Braintree location and look for him, you will not be disappointed.”

Without any pressure Nelson helped me to choose mattress that was right for me. Helped me to choose right base for my new mattress. Gave my printed list with several choices i made with transparent price. So i left store satisfied. I made additional research home regarding my choices and made a decision. Next day i came back and bought S&F Lux Estate 16” mattress and smart base Ergo 3. Got some bonuses with my purchases. it was real pleasure to work with Nelson. The most i like about him that he did not press me to buy, answered all my questions, helped with my particular situation and so on. Definitely will recommend this particular store and Nelson!”

We purchased several cubicles, an executive office suite, and several large glass whiteboards. Jim and his team agreed to do an install on a Saturday morning and things went off perfectly. “Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.”

He was so helpful, brought me wonderful material samples that were just what I wanted, and made great suggestions too. It was so much fun - and this was just the design process! I’m so looking forward to getting my chair done with this company. I highly recommend them, especially if it’s the first time you deal with this kind of project.
