“Streaming tv, clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast. Only thing that would have made my stay a little better would have been a microwave in room. The pool was very nice.”
“I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mansfield for a short time, and the biggest thing that stood out to me was the staff. Every single person I dealt with at the front desk and even maintenance was genuinely kind and easy to talk to. Not in a fake customer service way either. It felt real. I wish I remembered everyone’s name because they all deserve credit. I do remember Harley, Alyssa, and Brittany, but there were more I am blanking on. I will update this if I find my list.
I had a couple minor issues while I was there, and every time they were handled quickly and professionally without any hassle. That alone goes a long way.
I was also there during a pretty weird in between time in my life and dealing with an injury, so I was not exactly having a smooth week. The way the staff treated me actually made a difference, which is not something I usually say about a hotel.
The rooms are what you would expect. Clean, comfortable, nothing to complain about. But the important part is if something does come up, they are easy to talk to and actually willing to help.
Location is solid too. You have Aroma Joe’s right in the parking lot, plus a nail salon and a liquor store, all within walking distance. If you are on a higher floor, you can see the highway, which is kind of cool in its own way.
There is also a bartender named Steve, pretty sure that was his name. Plays keys, good sense of humor, just a solid guy to have behind the bar.
Overall, this place is worth it because of the people. That is really what stuck with me.”

“I would love to give this place a 5 star review because of the team that works there at the front desk. We came in after midnight and were greeted with smiles and happy people. Definitely will be back because the place left a great impression. 4 stars because of the Bathroom which wasnt cleaned properly and was out of everything needed for showering, yes I mean everything. No lotion, no gel and no shampoo and after midnight you just dont feel like walking around to get stuff. That was the only negative. The place is in a great location, with plenty of food options around, shops and great proximity to highways.”
“Pros: nice rooms, well maintained, good breakfast, nice staff, over all good.
Cons: it’s NOISY. The highway noise is constant, sometimes worse than others. The rooms is noisy also, we heard all our neighbors and the hallway the entire stay. This is the first hotel it’s been this bad. I live in NY in a very noisy area and this was worse. Just beware.”
“We flew into Providence and didn't want to stay in downtown Boston in case we had to get back to the airport quickly, so we found Marriott Quincy which ended up being a great happy medium. The hotel itself was very nice. I think we were there while some sort of conference was going on so check in took a few minutes, but you could tell the CSRs were doing their best to get people in efficiently. The bar was nice, and the breakfast was very good. The room itself was quiet and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.”
“I can not say enough amazing things about this hotel. I was originally booked at the other hotel in Patriot Place, long story short a month prior to my stay I had my debit card stolen and the hotel canceled my stay without 1 single phone call to notify me. I arrived after a 6 hour trip, no car, and pregnant to find my room was canceled and the hotel did nothing to try and accommodate me. I went over to the renaissance and Darci at the front desk did EVERYTHING she could and got me a room on a Saturday night, last minute. The room was great along with the restaurant/bar downstairs. My family who stayed at the other hotel in patriot place saw how much better the Renaissance was and will be staying here for our future trips. Thank you again to Darci and the entire staff!”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. The room was clean, decently furnished and fairly well laid out. Breakfast wasn't restaurant quality, but was good, with a lot of options. We didn't have a car and only stayed one night, so I don't have any other feedback to provide.”

“I had a great stay here! Zoraya, Ishaun, and Alexus were especially helpful!
Although the carpeting was a bit dated, the rooms were spacious, well-stocked and clean. The breakfast in the morning is good and has hot options. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating to me and the friends I was traveling with. The location was located close enough to the city to visit during the day and stay here at an affordable rate for the night. I would definitely stay here again. Coin-op guest laundry was available which was helpful.”
“Very friendly staff. Lady let me check an an hour early at 2pm and let me wait in the breakfast room where they have coffee available 24hrs. I love the coffee taste here.
I love the free continental breakfast from 7:30-9:30.
Another time a gentleman there helped find a room with a bathtub for me (not all rooms have them). I also like the cute mini 1 cup coffee maker they have in the rooms. Ice is available with an ice bucket provided in the rooms. Location was perfect for me. Pricing is the best around here.”

“Our family has stayed at Hampton Inn - Boston Braintree, MA on many occasions. It’s near multiple attractions we normally visit, but it’s in a quiet corner so we can enjoy our rest after all the excitement. The price is reasonable. The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Our most recent stay was on Saturday 12/6/2025 and the lady who helped us with check-in on that afternoon is the best! I forgot to ask for her name, but she has been so helpful and friendly and considerate. We had 4 different room reservations but once she realized that we were together, she arranged for our rooms to be close together, before we even asked. She is definitely a testament to excellent service!”

“My husband and I stayed at this Best Western on our weekend outing and we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean, smelled great although hotel may look old the rooms were fresh, we had a small issue with a microwave and within 10 mins the general manager drew had brought us a brand new one and some waters, the hospitality was more than a Best Western, highly recommend this place!”
“The place was perfect room super big with breakfast included but we asked for a late check out next day and next day morning one of the staff members was super rude and disrespectful telling us that we had to check out because no one told her about our late deck out there was no reason for her to be rude at us that’s why I don’t give them more stars please train your staff better”

“I have to say for the price I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept the smoking room was. Didn’t have a strong Oder of smoke wasn’t a bunch of burn holes the bed was clean and comfortable the man at the front was very nice it was late we needed a room we were exhausted and there was plenty of parking for the 26’ box truck it was safe and I really liked the location it was quiet. I recommend this little place it’s nice for the price.”

“I've stayeda few times in the last 2 weeks. One room had cocroachws and tinted sheets. I came in from the cold and the heat kept shutting off. Other than that, beds are comfortable, access to fridge and microwave in room gives for a star taken away”

“This place is as advertised. Nothing fancy but everything essential. There is no nightly housekeeping because this is an extended stay. The point of this place is to provide a room you can call your own for a time being. There are kitchenettes and dishwashers so cleaning and bed making is up to you.”
