The Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston offers a mixed experience for guests. The hotel staff are generally praised, with reviewers highlighting the excellent customer service from employees like Malia at the front desk and Donte the overnight front desk worker. The on-site restaurant, Adam's Pub, also receives positive feedback for its delicious food, including a great burger and fantastic soup. However, the hotel itself has some issues. Rooms can be small and disappointing, with problems like flies, soap scum in the jacuzzi tubs, and noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is also inconsistent. Guests note issues with maintenance, such as broken gym equipment and ice machines. Some reviewers express frustration with extra charges, like the fee for parking, feeling "nickel and dimed." The breakfast offering is a point of contention, with some finding it subpar while others thought it was a good spread for a free hotel breakfast. Despite the mixed reviews, the hotel's riverside location and amenities like the gazebo provide pleasant spots for guests to enjoy. And the friendly, helpful staff are consistently highlighted as a highlight of the stay. Overall, the Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston seems to offer an uneven experience, with the quality of rooms and facilities varying, but with a staff that tries to make the most of it.
Old and crappy hotel, faucet switch to shower falloff, and the AC unit generates thundering noise.

Room had a door to the next and it did not have anything in between them. So you could clearly hear the conversations and the kids all morning. The beds were comfy.
