“I came here to obtain a PCR test for travel and had a really pleasant experience. The woman who answered the phone most times (I believe her name was Ellen?) was so helpful and kind. The testing itself was seamless and I had my results within two hours or so. If I need to travel again I’ll most certainly be coming back.”

“Great Quest location, the woman who works here is very nice and good at drawing blood, even for small hard-to-find veins. You can make an appt or do a walk-in, just register with the tablet in the office. For walk-ins there's an option to wait in your car or the lobby and get a text when it's your time for the appt which is a good feature.”

The experienced staff there are extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and helpful, especially around the technical check-in and scheduling aspects. That Lab is obviously busy, but having that level of experience in the Nursing Staff is key, especially with the general public, which is not the easiest to deal with.
