“My first time discovering this spot, and I love it! Lovely to see locals coming in with friends and family for quality time chatting over a cup of coffee. Nice background music. I enjoyed the Mexican mocha and cranberry/orange scone, and I got a toy truck for my friend's little one. The bookstore employee was very nice and engaging with the customers and ready to help with recommendations. I'll be back soon!”

“The definition of a neighborhood gem! I cannot keep my kids out of here. The team are so welcoming and are always on hand to help in a toy selection for your own or another child. They have helped me in creating some customized gifts for my kids including lap trays for crafts, pencil cases and lockers for all their jewelry. Save yourself a hectic trip to the mall and support a local store at the same time!”

“So we went there it was about 20 minutes before closing and there were a lot of people there of that obviously knew it was open they do have a lot of stuff we went in for a phone case for an apple 16 took a few minutes to find it but we did we also got a dog toy and they have a lot more other stuff than you would think of and just to let you know there are stuff that is over $5”
“This store has become one of my favorite places to hang out. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over their Pokemon selection. Employees are so nice and I chat with them until closing. Shout out to the amazing team working there”

“My 4 year old daughter simply does not interact with other people but the folks at this Build a Bear always get her out of her shell and positively bursting with excitement. Having worked retail I can't imagine how difficult it must be to make every interaction feel special when you do it all day long but these folks step up every time for what is a very magical moment for the kids building a new friend. Everyone has been wonderful but Serena in particular really shines!”

“Plaza is cute but exiting out of one side of the plaza is scary. Parking lot can get packed due to the Dunkin Donut drive through blocking other traffic. The resturant there has a small area for outside dining.”

“Today, I called the Dedham store to request to reprint a receipt that was not given at the time of the transaction. Denise answered the phone and she was so helpful and understanding. She researched for a while and she called me back when she was able to reprint the receipt. I was very impressed with her commitment to help me. A total different experience from my bad experience on Saturday with the store manager.
