“I mostly deal with them on them over the phone, they are always very helpful when needing answers to complex questions. The few times I have had work done, it went very well and they did the job right the first time. That being said, since they are straight out busy with so many customers, the lead time can be quite long sometimes. Overall a great company to do business with.”

“First, I downloaded the app. I was able to easily reserve the U-Haul truck through the app. I went into the U-Haul location on Fairmount Ave, Hyde Park. The sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this location!”

“The reviews of this place aren’t good, but I’ve used them twice now and had a good experience.
Basically everything is done online. You go into the gas station to get the key, and after hours drop off is a window near the gas station.
Most of the trucks are in a dirt lot in the back. It’s a bit dark and creepy back there, and not clearly labeled, but it works.
My truck was a little dented so I took a picture before taking it out, but didn’t need it since I wasn’t charged for that damage.
The truck had an appliance and furniture dolly in the back (which I didn’t purchase), so that was a great extra.”
“Everything about my recent (Jan 2026) experience renting a UHaul van was great! When we missed our pickup time due to weather-related delays (had to shovel out quite a bit of heavy snow), the location called to see if we were still coming to pick up. The pickup process was seamless, and we easily added my husband as an additional driver. The van had been cleared of snow, was very clean, and drove smoothly. It fit everything we needed to transport. Returning the van was just as easy as picking it up. We were very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend this UHaul location for your moving needs.”
