“I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. They had what I wanted and opened the store so I could purchase all while providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the Manager I believe her name was Britney and her colleague Alex. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them.
