“Parking can be a pain if you try to get there on a Saturday, but the staff is always nice and there's usually more than one clerk which makes a HUGE difference when they are busy. If you collect stamps, they usually have a good selection in stock. Take a look at the 1941 "WPA" mural, vintage PO boxes, etc.”
“This post office is somewhat small, and the location is right on a very busy street. However, the location of this post office is convenient for me because it's extremely close to where I live. Plus, the customer service is good and quick.”

“I enjoy going to this location... I was new to the area and the desk attendant Bob was very kind and welcoming. He always has such an energetic personality that almost allows you to forget anything else that's wrong with your day. Overtime his demeanor has been unwavering. He genuinely is kind and I always look forward to his exuberance when I come to this location. Jim is also kind and often has candy. Overall I would recommend this location most importantly because they also pick up their phone which saves you a trip if you can have you a question clarified over the phone. I just hope their Self Service/P.O Box portion was 24 hours like some or opened later”

“My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. “We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”

“I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. “For a very small post office, it's a good office. I wish the hours were extended later but there's only one worker who also works at the post office at a location off post so I understand why. The service is good but they need more selection of flat rate boxes.”
“Very conveniently located on Massachusetts Avenue in the heart of downtown Lexington. The building is open 24 hours a day, thus dropping off outgoing mail at any hour of the day or night is very easy.”
