“Placed an on-line order from the parking lot since I had a 10% coupon for ordering on-line. I did my order... reorganized my hatch area for 2 minutes walked in to the store. The young lady was in the process of grabbing my merchandise. I signed for it and left. Total process took ~5 minutes tops and I was on my way home. Very pleased”
“I cannot recommend using Goodrich Lumber in Kingston enough! Not only do they have a great selection of materials to choose from, their customer service is exceptional! I cannot thank their staff enough, in particular Ed Cappa, for the help I received both on the phone and in person. I hope they get things back on track or all that new stock and revised store layout is going to go real quiet real quick and everyone is going to go back to the Big Box stores. “I came into the store in a pinch, for a very random, specific bolt for my bike saddle for which the original bolt broke. Long, boring story but I basically needed a new bolt so I could ride my bike home to South Dartmouth, otherwise I'd be looking at a v long and expensive Uber ride lol. I'm sorry to say I don't remember the guy's name who helped me but he found exactly the bolt I needed and I was out of there in 3 minutes and only ~50¢ poorer. Fantastic service, great location and the store was PRISTINE!”

“Great deals for useful tools. Bought the Pittsburg brand torque wrenchs for a really low price, also got a really useful 18" extra-long flexible 3/8" drive ratchet that comes in handy for hard to reach areas. Bought a 1/2" drive torque wrench there that stopped working and getting a replacement was very easy, just went back with the defective tool and exchanged it for a new one. It's very handy to have, I leave it in the trunk of my car for the wheel bolts.”

“An update to give another 5 stars because Charlie, Andrew, and Chris were so helpful and patient! I have bought wooden flooring here 4 different times and pleased with the quality! Once again, Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to my questions with patience and helpful answers. I bought wooden flooring here years ago and bought more wooden flooring recently. I was allowed to take samples home to check how they would look so I could choose and purchase what I liked and needed at a reasonable price both times. I also have bought other items and flooring. Would highly recommend this store!”

“We often shop at this Home Depot location and receive great service, however today, I needed some questions answered over the phone. I spoke to a woman by the name of Elaine S. in the paint departure and she couldn't have been nicer! She took time to answer my long, somewhat complicated questions and did it with kindness, patience and professionalism. She is an outstanding example of Home Depot at it's best. Elaine is an employee that should be valued by the management of the store.”
