They had a great selection of items for me to consider purchasing and answered questions on their Discord server prior to my visit, so I could know the specials on offer. I will be coming back!”

“I wish I could remember the adorable oriental lady that was the only customer rep/cashier/picker for online orders, sadly I can't for the life of me :( I have a cognitive disability and epilepsy along with wicked bad brain fog. Today was the first time I ordered something online and went into pick it up. The oriental lady was out of this world AMAZING at her job. When I went to check to see if my item was ready for me I didn't see it. So I asked the lady if there was someone who i could talk to? She said, no but 'I'm the picker for online orders.' She asked me if I received a text if my order was ready and I told her my phone is going crazy, we both laughed. I asked her just wondering how much longer for my item to be picked? She said, not sure could be 30+/- mins from now. I said oh okay, only asking cause my husband is in the car waiting for me and he's not feeling well. Is there any chance that I could make your life a tad bit easier? She asked me what and how do you mean?? I said could I go run and get my item and bring it up to you and you scan it out of inventory? She goes, I'm speechless no one ever asked to make my job a little easier. She told me the aisle but sadly in 15 min time I forgot what I ordered. So I brought up 2 different count of markers and she said it's this one. We smiled, and I said awesome ill run back and put the others away, she goes no way, I can do that at least. We smiled and we both said have a nice day and stay warm! This happened at the 211 Colony Place in Plymouth Massachusetts around 1:18+/-pm. I do have to add two more thoughts, this lady deserves to be employee of the store for awhile, my reason is because she didn't huff or puff or roll her eyes when I started to slurr my words like I do when a seizure will happen. And second I want her to get a RAISE, she's a sweetheart and most people nowadays are so nasty and mean and only think about themselves, her when I started to twitch and slurr she asked me if I was okay, everyone that sees that happen to me they point and laugh and no matter the age from 5yrs-99yr Olds. I really hope she gets an OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE award, matter of a fact she should be the companies trainer on customer service and how to treat others equally. She is the ONLY reason I will back to shop here. I would definitely give me than 5 stars for her.
And I will remember to get her a little something to show my appreciation for her. She is the ONLY employee that also said hi to me as I walked in, she asked me first how was I doing, she was the first to say have an amazing day. That should be prime example for Michael's to realize she is EPICLLY AWESOMENESS & MORE XOXO
