While I continued to have issues with their computer system for the deal I then reached out to the manager Josh who took great care of me resolving the issue immediately. The manager called other UHaul locations in the area, and nobody had one, until he spoke woth Rony. He had just had a truck dropped off, and he was able to help us get the truck we needed to move into our first home. Rony was so friendly and quick to help us out. Fantastic customer service right when we needed it most”
“I’m not a contractor or big account, just a guy with a lawn. I needed a transmission rebuild kit. The staff here was great! While the kit came in with a couple wrong bearings(packed by Kubota) it was corrected and I had my stuff in under 2 weeks. I give them 5 well earned stars. Great service from this parts department.”
