“I love Staples! It's like a hardware store for me. I went in after Thanksgiving to buy a new printer that was on sale for a good price that I was tracking. It got better at checkout when I quickly paid after buying the protection plan, the cashier said that my old printer qualified for a rebate if I recycled it at Staples. More savings! Oh Boy”

Due to the type of documents I could not leave until the box was sealed.Andrew was super professional and even though I knew I was not next in line to get my items packaged he quickly accommodated me. I was truly not expecting this and was prepared to sit and wait. I watched Andrew converse with three other customers while I was in the shop—customer service, in my opinion, is a dying art. “I have never in my life had a good experience at the post office until the moment I walked into the Sagamore Beach Main Post Office today. There was a blonde lady that had the most cheery attitude and was cracking jokes about the scratch and sniff stamps that are rolling out next week. She made my day and literally took my package with a big smile on her face. So great.”

“We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”

“I just tried to call the post office in Forestdale, MA as I had previously requested that our date of change of address be changed from 79 Circle Drive, Port Orange, FL 32127 to P.O.Box 123, asking that it be changed from April to June 1st as we are staying at our FL addess until June 1st because of the virus situation but it appears that the mail is not being forwarded to FL from MA. Therefore I am requestingonce again that the mail continue to be forwarded to FL until June 1st. Please do send any mail sent to Forestdale MA be sent to our FL address until June 1st. Thank you. “Seeing the only way we get mail is thru the Post Office I would thing the lobby hours would be better & more convenient for working individuals. The closing at lunch time is annoying to me. As far as the Staff, Always been pleasant & helpful. Wishing Sandy the best in her retirement, she has always been super nice & helpful.”
“Great post office!! I had two packages go missing for my wedding bridesmaids proposal boxes. Mike called me immediately upon putting in a request at USPS. He was so helpful and patient? Not only did he do the box that had gone missing going towards East Falmouth he even did the box search report for one going to Dallas for me. Excellent customer service! Just to compare, I haven't even heard from Dallas yet so I am very impressed with the service here.”
“We needed to return 2 separate items to Amazon (12/28/25). Started the return process with Amazon and got the QR codes. Dropped both packages off at the store.Thinking both were scanned and all was good we left the store.
After reviewing the Amazon account today we noticed 1 was processed and a credit was issued while the other was still pending.
Visited the store today and the associate was able to scan the codes again.
All is good. Amazon account was credited this afternoon.
