“OK, I have to shout out this little pack and ship store because they were awesome. Walked in with a random assortment of stuff I needed to ship and had zero idea how to pack it properly and Andy just took over and sorted it out – good boxes, solid padding, no stress. Pricing was straightforward, too, no weird add-on fees, sprung onto me at checkout and everything showed up exactly where it needed to go in one piece, right on time. Honestly, it’s the little things – Andy was friendly, quick and clearly knew what he was doing. If you need to ship something and don’t want to overthink it just go here. Would 100% use them again.”

160 Teaticket Highway, Teaticket MA 02536
“We had a large number of Certified Mail envelopes to be processed on a Saturday morning, where the Teaticket location was only open for 3 hours; we hadn’t had an opportunity to make pre-arrangements for the lengthy processing time involved. The envelopes were processed willingly and efficiently, while the staff member was able to multi-task, handing out mail to regulars on a first-name basis, and handling other routine transactions. Very impressive! This will be our go-to Falmouth post office in the future!”

“Outstanding service from Jay. Very professional and helpful. Even made me laugh. I had a chance to talk with other customers and they all praised both Kim and Jay. They really liked how they both deal with each customer with care.”

“I’ve been using this post office since 1978. Never had a problem. In fact they have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Just goes to show, sometimes it’s not the reviews, it’s the “reviewer”!”

120 Main Street, Falmouth MA 02540
“I had a quick and helpful experience, I’ve sent out a limited amount of mail and I didn’t have a shipping label (spoiler, staples!!!) The lady that helped me with my roll of stamps talked to me like I stole her man, so save your questions for google. other than that exchange, highly recommend this facility!”
