They will share their expertise and spend as much time with you selecting the right 30 cent fastener as they would for a larger purchase. “Scott at this Ace Hardware location helped me out big time when I went in early one morning after my smoke alarm was ringing incessantly and I needed to buy a ladder to reach my high ceiling. Not only did this helpful employee solve my problem by delivering the ladder to my condo when it didn’t fit in my own car, but he brought the ladder inside and changed the battery for me!! I am sooo grateful for this excellent service and will always go to this store!!”

“Anchor hardware... I didn't see any anchors but they did have the batteries I needed for my key fob which was very helpful because that's the reason I went there. Not everywhere sells these batteries but anchor hardware does. So if you need key fob batteries I'd come here to get them. Unless you don't need key fob batteries don't come here to get them... but that is completely up to you.”
“Botello Lumber is the place to go for so many items. I get my beautiful live Christmas trees there, the staff will carry your tree to saw a fresh end, bale your tree and carry it to your car. I just bought bags of cedar mulch yesterday. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. And service is quick. Besides lumber, find paint, hardware, garden supplies, bird feeders, all kinds of household items and a gorgeous kitchen design center. Check them out!!”

Busy on the summer weekends as one should expect. But a big store and a decent stock of commodity items 99% of the time find what I am looking for. The last time I was in the store it was surprisingly messy”

“This place is the best local hardware store I have found on cape. Great selection and the staff is INCREDIBLE. Very helpful and super friendly staff, they had an obscure finish I needed for a painting project then custom matched a paint color I needed as well. While I was there, the staff helped multiple customers with what they needed by phone/in-person (stellar service everytime)! Highly recommend!!!!”
