“Roberto is the absolute best! I was on the Mass Pike when suddenly multiple emergency lights came on at once. We found Uno online and Roberto said he could look at the car first thing in the morning. That in itself was a big relief; he was so kind and empathic over the phone. When I brought the car in, he and his team gave it a thorough look-over, took it out on the highway to see if they could recreate the problem, then ran the computer diagnostics. It turned out to be just a bit of debris, stuck to a speed sensor, that had already fallen of on its own. Despite spending more than half an hour on me and my car, Roberto refused to charge me anything. If anything happens to my car in Boston again, Uno is the first place I'll call. I can't say enough good things about them.”

“Excellent mechanic! I’ve used them for a number of years since moving to Boston and have always had wonderful service. They’re quick to fit customer’s into their schedule, they’re always transparent about what’s wrong with your vehicle as well as what it’s going to cost, and most importantly, they do great work. If you’re looking for a local mechanic, I’d highly recommend them!Services: Brakes”
“Great experience for a mass vehicle inspection. Helpful staff, pretty clear process.
For anyone looking into this place for inspections: you give your license ID at the security window to get in, they’ll hold it for collateral until you give back the visitor pass on your way out. Building 8, go by garage door 1, park and enter through the customer door and ring the bell for service. Inspections are on a walk-in basis, but take note they take lunch from 12:15-12:45 so don’t come in around then. $35 and you’ll be on your way. For me, the process took about 45/50 minutes.”
