They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They handled all the communication with the other person’s insurance company, and I only had to get involved briefly when the appraiser didn’t show (they found more damages than originally thought once they began working on my car.) Convenient location right off the #73 bus line. Though I hope to never need their services again, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.”
