“They turned what could have been an absolutely miserable experience into an easy and hassle free one! After my car was damaged by someone driving into me, I was super frustrated. However Fred M Susan were able to see me right away and worked with the other persons insurance (Mapfre) so everything got handled. They were clear and helpful responding to questions quickly and offering updates throughout the week. In particular Alejandra who was my main contact was incredibly kind and helpful. She even ended up coming in on her day off so I could get my car on a weekend since I was coming from out of state. Cannot speak highly enough of this business.”

“Brought my car into the shop today for an estimate on a dent in the front of my car. My car is a 2010 and I did not want to spend a lot of money as it has other marks on it. Travis assessed the situation and we discussed what my options were. I was not pressured. He took me right away and was able to help with the dent immediately and I didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable and then some, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I've been to this shop before, and every time they are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
