“My mom who is quite elderly was freaking out because she was one day late renewing her drivers license. One the way back from running errands she drcided to stop in AAA to renew. Initially we were in the general AAA customer service line. An AAA employee would periodically ask if anyone was in the office for RMV issues. When we said yes we were politely shown the correct line. It must be said that the RMV traffic (I know, let it go) was extremely light. The customer service rep noticed how nervous my mom was about the whole situation - we came in on a lark with no paperwork or anything prepared in advance. Or paperwork at all for that matter. She calmed my mom down, worked her through the application, explained everything clearly concerning the temporarily license and expectation delivery date of the new license. She took the photo, asked my mom if she approved and took a few more until mom did approve. Overall, it was a great visit. Reviews concerning RMV visits are usually horror shows and i am glad to break that trend. Based on this one visit I would highly recommend AAA for RMV business.”
