“Recently my wife and I visited the Auburn location for assistance with phones and were cared for by CJ and Jeff. Both were excellent to work with and helped the process go smoothly. They both went above and beyond, even helping sync our car and phones. Other staff were pleasant as well and the store was meticulously clean. You won't be disappointed in visiting this Cellular location.”

“After searching eastern Massachusetts looking for refurbished cell phone,I discovered Wireless Xperts....Leo/owner and Hassan/lead technician Are the most conscientious and customer friendly people I have ever met...While Leo gave me a deep discount on a new/used I-phone, Hassan cleaned and fixed the power input jack on my old phone as a courtesy. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for price/service and customer attentiveness....”

“I recently had the most extraordinary experience at the T-Mobile store in Auburn Mall, thanks to the exceptional manager, Nick. From the moment we walked in, Nick’s professionalism and dedication were evident. He not only secured us an incredible deal on our new phones, but he also provided service that went far beyond our expectations. What makes Nick truly remarkable is not just his expertise in finding us the best phone plan, but his extraordinary act of kindness that changed our lives forever. During our visit, my son, who had been suffering from blindness, experienced a miraculous healing thanks to Nick. We were absolutely shocked and overwhelmed with gratitude. Nick’s actions have profoundly impacted our family. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication have left us with undying gratitude. We cannot thank him enough for the incredible service and the miracle he facilitated. Nick is not just a manager; he is a beacon of hope and an inspiration to us all. Thank you, Nick, for your unparalleled generosity and for transforming our lives in the most extraordinary way.”
