“I had an emergency at work with my tow behind trailer on the side of the interstate , and Boombas was the only company in the area that could help me in a reasonable timeframe. When I went to pick up the trailer after the repairs had been made , Mike spent over an hour explaining in detail how to prevent future issues and answered any and all questions I had. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto garage.”

“I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.”
