“It's nice to finally shop in a store where the staff and owners truly do care about their customers!! My husband had bought me an anniversary ring and within the year the pearl fell out and I lost it. My husband said don't bother going back. I'm sure they will not replace it. But being persistent as I am, I went back to the Artful Hand and the owner himself apologized for the pearl falling out and sent it back and gave me for free, a brand new ring exactly the way it was when we bought it a year earlier! We were so shocked and surprised at the kindness and willingness to help us!!Thank you so much!!!”

In this case, it was Sam the Snowman, from their 1964 Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Christmas special. Inside, there's a substantial collection of unique pieces & they also do custom work if you bring in something of your own that you need set.”
