“I took in my vehicle for suspicious exhaust smells and they diagnosed, ordered parts, and completed the repair in a week. They were flexible with my challenging schedule, upfront and honest with pricing (and incredibly reasonable), and even when they did a little more work than expected they remained at the price they had quoted me! AND there’s a 1 year warranty on the parts they fixed!! I cannot recommend Lou’s in Chelmsford enough - I received top notch customer service that was friendly and open in addition to a fixed vehicle for a reasonable price.”
“Gregg was fantastic! He was extremely thorough explaining the issues with my car. He was quick to do the work and flexible when I couldn’t pick my car up right away. The prices were extremely fair and he replaced my engine and cabin filter at cost, since he was already working in those areas of my car. I don’t know a lot about cars and in the past have felt mechanics have taken advantage of that and overcharged or tried to upsell me. Gregg was not like this at all. I will definitely be coming back for any further work I need!”

“This place is great to get State Inspections done. Been using them for two vehicles for a couple years and it has been excellent.
It is first-come-first-serve, so if several cars ahead of you it can delay you, but they have a nice waiting area and the convivence of dropping in has worked great for me. They will also tell you how long to expect (depending on how many cars ahead of you) and their ETA is accurate.”

“When my car broke down with suspension issues, I was panicking. Normally I try and do all my own work, but due to my current situation it was infeasible. A week ago I would have told you an honest mechanic was a contradiction, but J&R proved me wrong. Incredible service, great price, and honesty across the board! “I had some scratches in a car I had bought not long ago and after meeting Yaw for the first time he had his guys take care of it for free. I really appreciated the generosity he had shown and the car looks amazing now. I thought the scratches were a bit too deep to be fixed without re-painting it and I almost didn't even bring it in but I'm happy I did as the door looks like glass now. Really nice work and they even touched up some paint chips that were separate without me asking and he didn't charge me a dime which is unheard of from any garage these days. This is a somewhat new owner and not the second owner who ran the shop for the last 15 years or so. I'm very happy with the service I got. Thanks to Yaw and his team!”
“I was in a fender bender last month and my insurance company has a plan with A Plus Autobody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They reached out right away to schedule the service, sent the bills straight to the insurance company and even allowed me to drop my rental (Hertz) there when my car was ready.
The staff was professional, friendly and courteous throughout the process. They kept me informed about the schedule and got it back to me 4 days before the promised date. My car was beautiful when I picked it up: inside and out!

“I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”
“While traveling with a toddler, the airline cancelled our cross country flight and rebooked us on a red eye a day and a half later to Boston (not our intended destination but on the right coast at least!) we rented a car to drive the 5 hours home and about 20 mins into the drive noticed a substantial tire leak. We stopped at this service station and Youseff and the other staff there were incredibly friendly, helpful and got us back on the road very quickly. We are incredibly grateful!”
