“I have a 2001 Toyota Solara that needed exhaust work done but every other mechanic wanted to replace the whole thing for $$$. Then I called Lous Custom Exhaust and they had me in same day, did some patch work and sent me on my way for a very reasonable price and have also been there 2 times since and always extremely satisfied. They will take me around the car to show me whats wrong and ask me how do I want to proceed. Now the staff,,,, first of all Casie is like a long time friend would be, always so friendly and we sit and have the best conversations till my car is ready which to me is customer service above and beyond. I always feel like they treat me like they would their own family, but nicer loll. The whole place is so amazing its the friendliest shop I've ever been to and I highly recommend them.

“This place is great to get State Inspections done. Been using them for two vehicles for a couple years and it has been excellent.
It is first-come-first-serve, so if several cars ahead of you it can delay you, but they have a nice waiting area and the convivence of dropping in has worked great for me. They will also tell you how long to expect (depending on how many cars ahead of you) and their ETA is accurate.”

“Brought my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder in to this particular auto body shop due to high reviews by past and present customer accolades about quality of work and the knowledge and customer service provided by the shop owner.
Since my car was new, OEM parts were necessary, in some cases tariffs were applied, but the final work was extraordinarily. In all, the work was completed in 10 business days, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with his results!!!”
“Was involved in an accident on the morning of 9/21. I filed an insurance claim right away and my insurance company had recommended A-Plus, as it is a shop they regularly work with. I showed up for an estimate, made an appointment for 9/23, and was told that the work would be completed approximately on 9/30. To my (pleasant) surprise, the repairs were completed 2 days early. Upon picking up my vehicle, there were issues with the insurance company (their fault, not A-Plus’), so Benji and Jon who work in the office did a fantastic job calling my insurance company right away to sort things out.
Now, for the quality of the work. It is as though my vehicle was never in an accident. The team there did an absolutely amazing job between taping, sanding, priming, painting, coating, etc. I was told that some plastic pieces on my vehicle that weren’t directly involved in the accident may need replacing due to the nature of the OEM quality and difficult removal. This turned out to not be the case and they were able to preserve all undamaged plastic pieces.
All that being said, volumes can be said about their knowledge, professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork done to their vehicle!
Side note: They took the extra time and care to not just vacuum, but wash off my floor mats. 10/10”

“Gregg was fantastic! He was extremely thorough explaining the issues with my car. He was quick to do the work and flexible when I couldn’t pick my car up right away. The prices were extremely fair and he replaced my engine and cabin filter at cost, since he was already working in those areas of my car. I don’t know a lot about cars and in the past have felt mechanics have taken advantage of that and overcharged or tried to upsell me. Gregg was not like this at all. I will definitely be coming back for any further work I need!”
