“We're so glad that we went with Hancock for the job! It's been wonderful to be able to stretch out into the new space. Bedtime for the kids has been going so much better now that they have their own rooms and we love how the rest of the spaces turned out. We've very much appreciated the consideration that Darrell, Kevin, and the team have had with helping to accommodate the family living in half of the house while the project was going on. That was really the only way that we could have afforded the project. I'm definitely still amazed that it was able to be done in the short span of time. Even our dog is in love with her expanded domain. Throughout our addition process, we've been really pleased with the progress, the flexibility, and the quality of work that the whole Hancock team provided in working with us, with our architect, and with our structural engineer. “First time I went to Peabody supply and I am not disappointed. I brought him this pictures and videos. I had a plumbing situation for my furnace. It was leaking and it keeps shutting off. And believe me it was freezing. I showed him the pieces that I took off. It took us a little bit, but he figured it out and I have all the stuff on the receipt and I even bought extra stuff. Very nice guy very nice establishment nice and clean price is worth it. FYI, everything was correct and fitted when I brought it home. I live right next to Dracut hardware I brought the stuff in the exact same thing I did at Peabody supply the owner and his wife asked us if we need help. I showed him these pieces on the picture and I had the pieces in hand I showed him and he shut me down right away. He said we don’t sell that that’s for radiator And he sent me away. but I’m glad he sent me to Peabody supply because they actually paid attention. Not just know what they’re saying big ego and just deny a customer right away saying we don’t sell those stuff and I guarantee you 100% he have all this stuff on this receipt. I will recommend more customers and friends and families to go to Peabody supply.”

“Myself and my sister are remodeling our bathroom. We decided early on that we really wanted gold hardware/fixtures. We initially had a lot of trouble finding what we were looking for. It was so difficult and frustrating that we were going to change the color schemes we originally chose. My sister came across the Kohler’s Artifacts collection which came in a beautiful gold called Vibrant French Gold. We made an appointment and met with Nicole who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding product information and design/layout. She thought of everything! We were so pleased we ended up buying everything from Kohler (cabinet with mirror, sink, toilet, lighting, etc). Nicole made it so easy and we’re so happy with everything we bought. “Peter is the BEST. We went to World of Kitchens when we had a renovation done on our home in 2014 and Peter made that part of the renovation easy and we knew that we were in goo0d hands. Excellent service and quality product. 10 years later grandsons discovered that cabinet doors swing and are fun. After one lower door system broke from this abuse, we went back to Peter for assistant. The company that made the cabinets were not reachable anymore so Peter worked his magic to find a solution that included a local cabinet maker and a big box of hinges. “We recently completed a major renovation in our home and worked with Riverbend and their partners (contractors) for installation. Our kitchen was outdated, our first floor had 4 different floorings and we just needed a re-do! The renovation included flooring on our entire first floor, complete renovation of our bathroom and kitchen.

We are in love with the results. The cabinet options were great - - and we went with Omega (maple) in Beach house (peripheral upper and lower cabinets) and Desert (for the island). We chose Quartzite countertops and had a great experience with the selection and installation processes. Have I mentioned our floors?? OMG - we selected quartersawn oak and went with a natural finish. They are stunning!! Donna was spot on with her recommendation for the flooring. We wanted something different for the powder room and went with a checkboard type look in tumbled marble. It's just gorgeous. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we are very happy with the outcome. Our renovation was long overdue...we put it off for a bit too long but now that it's done, we are so very pleased with the results. We love our new appliances as well - all by Miele. The oven/range cooks unlike any other appliance I've ever owned. Far superior to the more common brands. Donna also recommended a speed oven for us when I mentioned how I always wanted two ovens but didn't have the space in my kitchen. She incorporated it into the design and we love that it can operate as our microwave and as an oven. It's simply AWESOME.
