We were so pleased we ended up buying everything from Kohler (cabinet with mirror, sink, toilet, lighting, etc). Nicole made it so easy and we’re so happy with everything we bought. The company that made the cabinets were not reachable anymore so Peter worked his magic to find a solution that included a local cabinet maker and a big box of hinges. “First time I went to Peabody supply and I am not disappointed. I brought him this pictures and videos. I had a plumbing situation for my furnace. It was leaking and it keeps shutting off. And believe me it was freezing. I showed him the pieces that I took off. It took us a little bit, but he figured it out and I have all the stuff on the receipt and I even bought extra stuff. Very nice guy very nice establishment nice and clean price is worth it. FYI, everything was correct and fitted when I brought it home. I live right next to Dracut hardware I brought the stuff in the exact same thing I did at Peabody supply the owner and his wife asked us if we need help. I showed him these pieces on the picture and I had the pieces in hand I showed him and he shut me down right away. He said we don’t sell that that’s for radiator And he sent me away. but I’m glad he sent me to Peabody supply because they actually paid attention. Not just know what they’re saying big ego and just deny a customer right away saying we don’t sell those stuff and I guarantee you 100% he have all this stuff on this receipt. I will recommend more customers and friends and families to go to Peabody supply.”
