Whoever answered the phone from The Grooming department on July 11th at 5:09 p.m. was miserable. She kept repeating herself to me like if I was a child I just called to book an appointment I understand that there are waits at times I just needed an appointment booked. If you don't like your job find a new one don't be Snappy to people and rude over the phone it's called do better with customer service I will not be going to my appointment that I booked because I don't need them mistreating my dog if they're in a bad mood or having a bad day if they spoke to me like this over the phone I can only imagine what they would do with my dog if they got frustrated with him!

This is not our first time boarding our dog into this location. I always gave chances, but seems like everytime we go there’s always something. 1st The system that there using i dont think its accurate when i booked online its confirmed but in there end they dont have my pet booking confirmation. I was disappointed my dog stayed 5 days and the lady who i spoked to offered if i want my dog bath before picking him up. Unfortunately my dog dont have a bath and so messy. These location needs communication between groomers and pet hotel.

I love the service and care that the employees do there as well. The Benfield pet hospital that's inside the store are fantastic as well they have everything in that store. I'll recommend it most definitely.

Hard to find what I was looking for which was milk replacement for a rehab animal. Staff was not around and store didn't seem to carry as much variety as I remember a few years back.

I've never had my dogs groomed there since I've heard too many bad things about grooming at Pet Smart in General. Erin the Trainer is amazing. It's about the only reason to go into the store at this point. I primary send my dogs to Doggie Day Care. I used to board here but there were far too many complaints from other pet owners and my dogs, both veteran travelers and boarders, would come back shellshocked. Pet Smart recently decided that there would be no staff overnight with the dogs. Chelmsford claims to be one of the busiest Pet Smarts in New England but they are completely comfortable just leaving your pets by themselves. If anything happens, you're on your own. They advertise that they have 24/7 staff....at select locations. Chelmsford is no longer one of those locations. Pet Smart doesn't care about your pets and are willing to put them in jeopardy to save a buck. I'm no longer bringing my dogs here and will go to another local place for my dogs to play during the day.
