“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”

“My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. “David at the Dracut office goes above and beyond. I had a package stuck for TWO WEEKS in Orlando, at their USPS distribution center. David kept me in the loop about what was going on, even reached out after I received the package. Not often we acknowledge when someone actually goes above with customer service. Wish more were like David.”

“Parking can be a pain if you try to get there on a Saturday, but the staff is always nice and there's usually more than one clerk which makes a HUGE difference when they are busy. If you collect stamps, they usually have a good selection in stock. Take a look at the 1941 "WPA" mural, vintage PO boxes, etc.”
“This post office is somewhat small, and the location is right on a very busy street. However, the location of this post office is convenient for me because it's extremely close to where I live. Plus, the customer service is good and quick.”
“I just had the quickest passport application done for my 16 years old son at this office! The young lady who helped us was very friendly and EFFICIENT. We were all done in less than 10 minutes.”
