Lost package supposed to insured up to $100..filed the paper and receipt..never got any response back for the $65 loss.

I had a great experience here. I came in with a wrapped pice of knitting that I had no idea how to mail. The clerk was very patient and helpful, gave me options and took care of everything. When the address came up wrong on the computer, he noticed and got it fixed.
I'm very happy with this PO.

My personal experience is completely opposite to bad reviews I read here - employees at this place are doing great job and go above and beyond in customer service!
