The incompetence and lack of care is stunning. Scheduled an appointment for today, 2 days ago. Got confirmation of the appointment this morning, then while I’m on my way in to the appointment, after 12 hours of fasting, 20 mins before my appointment I get a text that my appointment was canceled. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone

Staff was pleasant and helpful to those that needed it in waiting room. I was seen a few minutes early and Tech was excellent. Will use this location in the future.

The staff was very patient but pleasant even though they were short on staff. They explained to all that were waiting the reason for the delays even if you scheduled an appointment

Can no longer just drop off a sample, be prepared to wait and wait or wait so long you choose to return the next day after making an appointment to DROP OFF a sample...no person greets you just a kiosk. I won't be back anytime soon.

Jeanette was fantastic. This is our second experience with her. She was kind and caring to my 6yo girl. Competent - got the blood draw in first try despite the fact that it's a challenging one as my girl is smaller. Jeanette rocks.

The phlebotomist I worked with was SPECTACULAR! I wish I could remember her name to give her a personal shout out. That said, the wait was HORRENDOUS. I was seen a full 45 minutes after my appointment time. I wasn't given the option to wait outside, so I had to wait in the waiting room the whole time. Perhaps schedule fewer appointments so that your phlebotomists can serve people more quickly.

They are asking to book appointment, after you booked appointment, you come on time. They make you wait for more than 1 hr. This place is horrible.

I had the pleasure of working with Kim and Danielle today. Despite a ton of customers and a stressful scheduling snafu, they were extremely kind and patient.
They delivered excellent customer service, and even patiently assisted an elderly couple who was having confusion and difficulty with the online check-in portal.
The only comment I would say about how to improve this location is to expand the waiting room. This has nothing to do with the staff, however with Covid and flu season I could see this being extremely uncomfortable because it is so cramped in there. Overall, this location is far better than the one in North Andover and one that I will go to again
