Advance Auto Parts is a store where every selection of auto parts, audio, body accessories, and tire caps is all in one place. The employee customer service is unbeatable in this industry. Customers report that these guys are great, especially for those who know nothing about cars. The customer service representatives ask for the make, model, and year of the car and have the answer in seconds. If they do not have a particular item in stock, then they can order it. Staff are knowledgeable and show customers what to get and how to do it, helping with issues from gas cleaner to key fob batteries. The store offers a very calm atmosphere with nobody hanging around you. It is accessible with numerous parking spots outside, plentiful handicap parking, handicap ramps, and a handicap accessible entrance. The store is on a single first floor with aisles that are nice and wide for any disabled person to get around easily. It is located off the Revere Beach Parkway, a block away from Route 1 north and southbound, and a five-minute ride to Boston over the Tobin Bridge. It is an amazing store with wonderful, sweet, and quick employees providing great service.
The store manager was so kind to change my battery last minute. When i came into the store I instantly seen a guy walking with a cart of tools and he greeted me and was ready to walk out the door to help me get my battery replaced.
